Outdoor Pool & Terrace
The villa offers a year-round outdoor swimming pool that is heated and kept at a constant temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided around the pool, along with pool/beach towels and swimming pool toys. The terrace includes a solarium, barbecue facilities, and three full sets of garden furniture with sun beds.
Accommodation & Comfort
The recently renovated villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with open-plan living space. Air conditioning, heating, and soundproof rooms ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchenette includes a washing machine, dining area, and wine or champagne is available upon arrival.
Location & Parking
Playa de las Coloradas is a 13-minute walk from the villa, and the Rubicon Marina is within 15-20 minutes on foot. Montañas de Fuego Mountains are 24 km away, Lanzarote Golf Resort 27 km, and Lanzarote Airport 29 km. Free on-site private parking is available, plus street parking and an electric vehicle charging station.
